Wagner Hall is a Charleston original on the Ashley River, with an indoor hall, waterfront grounds, and a bowling alley. Pick the mood for your event and we will help you find the spaces that suit it.

For a team celebration, client dinner, or holiday party, guests can arrive and mingle on the grounds before sitting down to dinner in the hall, with its stage for remarks or entertainment.

The Waterfront

Arrivals, cocktails, and time outside

An outdoor event stage beneath the magnolias, plus a riverside pavilion. Which waterfront spaces come with your event is confirmed when you inquire.

Wagner Hall

Dinners, dancing, and presentations

200 seated or 250 standing, with a stage, a 20 × 60 ft dance floor, a full bar, and a full kitchen.

The Alley

Game nights and after-parties

A bowling alley for private rental, up to 150 standing guests. A separate space, so ask us how to add it.

Planning Essentials

The practical part.

Catering: Bring the caterer you prefer. The hall has a full kitchen.
Reservation: Events are reserved for five hours, with some flexibility.
Parking: Free on-site parking.
Access: Wheelchair accessible. Ask us about each space.
Insurance: Event liability insurance is required.
